The room was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities like a refrigerator and double blinds to ensure a dark and restful sleep. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us with airport rides and late night check-ins. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of food options in the surrounding area, including a shopping mall and restaurants.

The hotel's location is superb, with quick access to major highways and situated right in a great mall. It is in a good location, close to restaurants and shopping. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities provided were excellent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Can't think of anything.
The location, right by the Cross County Mall, was perfect for us. We were able to easily take the train into Grand Central Station, which was extremely convenient, even though the tickets were a bit pricey. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, providing everything we asked for, including a microwave and playpen. We were even able to gather as a large group to sing happy birthday to my dad without any extra charge. The pool was a fun addition and the breakfast was perfect, with delicious coffee. The staff was attentive and informative, making us feel well taken care of. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Almost perfect.
The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, right off the New York State Thruway and Cross County Parkway, providing quick access to the city, restaurants, and shopping. The complimentary breakfast offered a generous selection of delicious options. The staff was always pleasant, helpful, and quick to meet any additional bathroom needs.
